1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Afar Yangudi Luxury Hotel website, making a reservation, or staying at our hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

• "Hotel," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Afar Yangudi Luxury Hotel.
• "Guest," "you," or "your" refers to the individual making a reservation or staying at the hotel.
• "Services" refers to accommodations, amenities, and related services provided by the hotel.
• "Reservation" means a confirmed booking for accommodation and/or other services.

3. Reservations and Bookings

3.1. Booking Process

Reservations may be made via our website, by phone, email, or authorized third-party platforms. All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. Guest Information

You must provide accurate and complete details during the booking process, including your full name and contact details. Only individuals aged 18 and above may make reservations.

3.3. Reservation Confirmation

A booking request is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or number from us. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

3.4. Group Bookings

Special terms apply to group bookings of five rooms or more. Please contact us directly for arrangements.

4. Rates and Payment

4.1. Rates

Rates are quoted in United States Dollars or Ethiopian Birr and may change without prior notice. Rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Payment Methods

Payment methods and any required deposit will be communicated by the hotel. Online Telebirr and CBE Birr payment processing is not currently integrated into the website.

4.3. Taxes

Bookings are subject to applicable Ethiopian taxes and tourism levies unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

5.1. Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival may be made without charge. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur one night's stay.

5.2. No-Shows

Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in a charge equal to one night's stay.

5.3. Modifications

Reservation changes are subject to availability and possible rate differences. Please contact us directly.

6. Check-in and Check-out

6.1. Check-in

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges.

6.2. Check-out

Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may incur charges.

6.3. Identification

Guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in in accordance with Ethiopian law.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with Ethiopian law. Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property. Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas, and pets are not permitted except service animals with advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for accommodation and services. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of property, force majeure events, or services rendered by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, and logos, belongs to Afar Yangudi Luxury Hotel or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute content without written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Ethiopian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
